I booked a Wheelchair Accessible room with a single bed and appreciated having Wifi everywhere plus internet. the check-in was smooth and the atmosphere was individual overall. - I had the opportunity to use wake up calls at no cost.

Breakfast is rich; there is hot and cold food; room is very large and clean.

every thing is very good except away from the sea and down town

The hotel was wonderful. The room was brilliant, with large beds. The restaurant was amazing, with good food. The bathroom was good, with a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets.

The hotel stuff is very friendly, especially waitresses in the restaurant and concierge. They have help us alot. The concerge helped us to get tours for Alexandria and waitress every evening gave us some ideas about historical places. Its was cool. We liked.

After check in we came to the room which was not clean enough and bathroom was very dirty. Door on the balcony didn't cloose propaly. We ask for another room and when we enterd another room we saw two beds insted king size bed. And when we came to reception again I could see dissatisfaction face. In that day I was very tired to come up and down with my suitcases and check rooms in the hotel.

Location close to Alexandria airport and right on the promenade. Perfect and fantastic room for a really great stay during a business trip. - Particularly good breakfast - 5 star level.

I was given a really cozy room with fresh towels and excellent access to a speed internet connection, for instance. Variety of fresh food, I appreciated it. The location was great and pleasant, the staff was fantastic.

When arrived, hardly no service. Was difficult to find our room and didnt get help, despite 6 porters were standing in a group and talking to each other. When we came to the restaurant for lunch, 5 waiters were there and we were the only guests. It took them 20 mins to bring the menu and only after I asked for it. Several of the staff didnt understand English. When we had to get our dinner, it was a horrible experience. We had to wait long time to get the menu again, the table was dirty and asked it to be cleaned, had to ask 3 times. They got our order from wrong, both drinks and food. Also they charged us to much on the bill. The hotel itself is like 4 star hotel and the service is like a 2 star hotel. I will not stay at that hotel again. Its the service that is making the difference of your stay.

The large rooms with the very comfortable large bed was great. The staff were very helpful and polite.
